Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you may be subject to a charge of $50.00

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling or texting 248-759-5693 or emailing us at info@rochesterlasercenter.com

No Show Policy

Due to recent events, we have updated our No-Show policy. We have in-stated a $100 No-Show fee and require that all clients keep a credit card number on file.

We understand that emergencies happen, but we kindly request 24 hours advance notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Wait Times

There may be times when you will be asked to wait up to 15 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do out best to reach out to you to let you know. We take our time and pay attention to great detail during our procedures. You will never be rushed through a treatment at Rochester Laser Center. All of our treatments are customized for each one of our clients! We offer Starbucks coffee, bottled water and mimosas to enjoy while you wait.
